Me time!

After working a 10 hour shift today in a 95 degree building, this relaxation exercise was really just what I needed. I think that this may have been my favorite and easiest relaxation technique to do when you’re tight on time. I was able to take my laptop, set in on the couch, turned up the volume and just sprawled out on my back on the living room floor. I played the audio back 3 times, each time focusing the blood to different locations. This technique worked amazing and gave me the second wind to mow the lawn and finish the last bit of my homework do tonight. I am looking forward to learning more.
